1.Be gentle
2.Detangle with fingers starting from the ends up to the roots.(Before & After Sleep)
3.Use a spray bottle filled with lukewarm water to moisten the hair before combing this process will prevent breakage.
4.When combing use a wide tooth comb to prevent shedding, and avoid matting.(Comb from ends up to the root)
5. Heavily saturate hair with water to loosen dirt and sweat for 2 minutes before applying Shampoo.
6.Use a high quality gentle shampoo(Sulfate free) & conditioner
(condition hair for at least 30 minutes.)
7.Apply a small amount of Olive oil or Coconut oil.
8.Use heat protectant spray or serum before curling, straightening ,or blow-drying hair(avoid using high heat on natural hair/extensions)
9.Put hair in 2 big braids before sleeping to avoid tangles and matting.
10.Protect your beautiful natural hair/extensions with a silk or a satin bonnet while sleeping.
